Lord of the Ring Musical

On March 11th, I was fortunate to see the Lord of the Ring musical at downtown Toronto. The show was excellent and it was fun seeing the books transform into a musical production. The show was base on the books rather than the movies. Since I, at this point, only read about 100 pages of all three books (well… including 60 pages of appendix), so it was some what different than what I knew about the stories. Galadriel, played by Rebecca Jackson Mendoza has an incredible voice. In terms of vocal performance, she stole the show. But by far, Gollum received most applause than any other ones. It was an excellent performance on stage for a split personalities character. I highly recommend people to go see the show.

Four months of hard work

After four months of working overtime, yelling and screaming at things, the project is finally rollout. This last weekend I finally don’t have to turn on my work laptop or to read any sort of work related documents…

Now I finally have time to read books, and to catch up on playing World of Warcraft. Who knows, perhaps I will even have time to learn all the tricks in here – link.
